All Sales are Final.There will be a 20% processing fee for any authorized returned items. We reserve the right to limit or decline any return. Open Items cannot be returned. Returns are allowed at our discretion. Unauthorized returns will not be processed without a return authorization. Orders which were shipped, processed or are in transit, cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be cancelled if there is a delay in your order which will exceed 3 weeks. You have 1 day from the date your order arrives to request an authorization for a return if it falls under these guidelines.
If an item is backordered- you will receive an email notifying you of the back order. You will not be able to cancel your order after the same day you are notified of the backorder. To cancel your order the same day of notification you will have to do so by email or you may request a substitution. As we are a volume seller, Prebooked/ Preordered items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed for such items. It is your responsibility to read the product description.
If we do not hear back about a substitution, we will find the closest matching item to your order and substitute it for you. You also hereby agree that your sole recourse, under any and all theories, is limited to the amount of your transaction in question and issue shall be resolved first with the company and then under an arbitrator selected by the company under New Jersey Law, in a location selected by the company. This applies to all sites the company owns and operates.

Chargebacks – You hereby agree to be held liable for any chargebacks, disputes, legal fees and other related expenses relating to your order in the event of a unilateral action on your part which detriments us.
